⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about my experiences here! Every time I’m in town for business, this is my go-to spot, and it never disappoints. The property is always spotless, truly some of the cleanest accommodations I’ve stayed in. Everything feels fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully cared for, which makes such a difference after long workdays. JT, Ed, Nicole, and Kyle are absolutely amazing. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really set this place apart. They go above and beyond to make every stay comfortable and seamless. You’re always greeted with genuine hospitality, and they’re quick to help with anything you might need. It’s rare to find a team so consistently friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The location is another huge plus. It’s perfectly situated right next to the freeways, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. There are tons of restaurants, great shopping options, and even a grocery store right next door, everything you could possibly need within minutes. Whether you’re traveling for business or just passing through, this place checks all the boxes. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and staffed by truly outstanding people. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
The service was professional and efficient, and everything was handled in a timely manner. However, there was a noticeable odor that affected the overall experience. If the odor issue is addressed, the service would be excellent overall.
Transition is tough! We are relocating out of state to the DFW metro area. We originally booked a month, a few issues arose, luckily Kyle and the staff were great at mitigating any problems and finding a quick resolution. Our new house is still not ready yet, I just booked another 36 days. The entire staff has been great, friendly and helpful. Thanks Kyle and Extended Stay America for making this move more manageable.
Our room (3 adults a 1 small dog) is surprisingly spacious. The staff is friendly. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
One of the greatest experiences I've ever had staying at a hotel. I travel all the time and everytime I go out of town I feel so lost, but thanks to the wonderful staff and the incredible accommodations I was able to fit right into my stay. The rooms were perfect and clean, the service was astounding, all around a 10/10 experience. I was able to get in on a Monday and stayed til Thursday and I will definitely be coming back. Rooms clean, no roaches, staff is great, and it doesn't smell like B hole. 5 stars!

The Dallas Parkway location is the best location we’ve had the pleasure to stay at. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the front office clerk. Jordan, Kyle, Craig, Edward, JT, and head manager Nicole are amazing! With any problem or need to know information they are willing and ready to help. Any updates or changes are provided notices in a timely manner. 10 out of 10 service from everyone at any time.
It's a pretty good place I've been here 4 years now. They've kept me housed while i save up money for a proper apartment. The manager is amazing.
